Privacy Policy

Log Dose helps you log supplements, peptides, GLP-1s and medications, and view your own health trends. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Who we are
Log Dose is operated by Dominance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). Dominance Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@logdose.com.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address (for sign-in and account recovery). If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides.
- Dose logs you create: substance name, amount, formulation, time, side effects and notes you enter.
- Health data you choose to sync: read-only values from Apple Health (Android: Health Connect) — e.g. body weight, steps, sleep, heart rate, dietary and active/resting energy. We only read these; we never write to Apple Health, and we only read the categories you grant.
- Progress photos (optional): if you add them, the image is stored privately and is only accessible to your account.
- Cohort aggregates (optional, off by default): if you opt in, we compute anonymized group statistics. Your individual rows are never shared, and a group is only ever shown when it contains enough people to prevent identification.
How it's stored and who can see it
Your data is stored in our backend (Supabase) on servers located in London, United Kingdom. Access is locked to your account by row-level security — other users cannot read your data. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal bases and retention
- Account and app data: processed to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract).
- Health and dose data: processed only with your explicit consent — you choose what to sync and can withdraw consent at any time by revoking Health access or deleting your data.
- Retention: we keep your data only while you have an account. Deleting your account permanently erases all of it.
Third parties
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Open Food Facts — when you scan a barcode, we send only the barcode number to look up the product name and serving size. No account data is sent.
Your choices and rights
- Export: download all your data as CSV or JSON in Settings → Data.
- Delete: delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Account. This is permanent.
- Health permissions: revoke Apple Health / Health Connect access at any time in your device settings.
- UK GDPR rights: you also have the right to access, correct, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, use the in-app tools or email us. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
Health data
Health and dose information is sensitive. We process it solely to provide the app's features to you. Log Dose is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice; estimates such as the concentration curve are for education only.
Children
Log Dose is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
